• Take 1 more week to review charter
• 802.1x maybe is not possible to include in B release
  • Release B already closed from driver development standpoint
  • In validation stages
  • Move on to release C?
  • Will check with Kishore on timing/release
• "Maintenance" release between major feature releases
  • could introduce new driver features
  • bug fixes
  • continuous delivery would be nice, but needs build system improvements to enable
  • TSC needs to initiate review of both replica and Network Grade Linux
• Release B timing (July 2021)
  • Marvell side on track
  • without 802.1x driver support
  • Sartura has userspace side of 802.1x authenticator completed
• Release C (end of 2021/beginning 2022)
  • 2 releases per year not unreasonable for Marvell
  • target this release for build system
    • replica or NGL to replace of ONL
    • ONLP (platform support) is the more difficult question
    • Platform support may take longer
• Meeting frequency
  • Reduce frequency after charter decided and B release features soldified
  • Need to figure out if 802.1x is in B release or not
