An lfs:Form is a filled in lfs:Questionnaire.

Properties

questionnaire A reference to the Questionnaire being filled in.
subject A reference to the subject that this form is (primarily) about. Although recommended, this is currently optional.

Children

Any number of lfs:Answer or lfs:AnswerSection nodes.
