Filters endpoint

The .filters suffix can be applied on /Questionnaires.filters or any specific Questionnaire at /Questionnaires/<id>.filters in order to obtain information about what fields the Questionnaire contains.
It takes the following optional parameter:

questionnaire, when applied to the root node, is equivalent to querying/Questionnaires/<id>.filters
This will return all available question types from the given Questionnaire (or from all Questionnaires if none are specified) as a JSON object, where each node is an lfs:Question.
