This PR adds support for BQ32002 RTC chip. Supported functionalities: * Time setting/reading * Alarm setting/reading * Calibration setting/reading * IRQ frequency configuration Tested on nRF52833-DK board. Signed-off-by: Marcin Lyda <[email protected]>
