2.0 Beta for Framework7 v2

Ported the upscroller plugin for compatibility with Framework7 v2. This is a beta version. Please report any issues. Check the readme for how-to-use and installation instructions.

Stable version for Framework7 V1

This is an OLD version for F7 1.x aka V1. Only use this if you're still using older versions of F7. If you're on F7 V2+ then get the latest version.
