Release to Production - 2017 Edition

Official release of tx041cap.org version 3 to production.

Version 3 of tx041cap.org is a complete redesign as a static HTML website using the Jekyll library. The site's content organization is retained for UX purposes, some extra fluff is removed (graphical org chart, squadron and staff member contact forms, Twitter feeds in the footer, and other generally performance sucking features), and the site is now hosted on GitHub Pages.

For posterity sake, here's a history of the website:

Version 2 was a WordPress redesign of the original site. It was hosted in a variety of places over the years, but retained the same architecture since v2.0.0.

Version 1 was a Google Sites website connected to the TX-041 Google Apps domain.
