LGVISIUM-102: merge AToBInterval and AToBDepthColumnEntry

[stijnvermeeren-swisstopo]

A few follow-ups for #105 :

• unite AToBDepthColumnEntry and AToBInterval (keeping only the latter)
• moving DepthColumnEntry end Interval classes into a single package depth
• splitting some longer files into separate files
