Interrupt system fixed & user-friendly makefiles
Fixed error in EXIRQ and CPU interrupt controller (low-priority IRQs might never be executed); added new targets to sw makefiles: info (show config), check (check toolchain installation); added advanced hardware configuration flags (from VHDL package) to SYSCONFIG info memory; updated CoreMark results for new NEO430_HWMUL_DSP compile option; updated MULDIV doc chapter; added doc chapter focusing on the sw makefile
