This is https://github.com/nylen/save-slack-emoji. It works a bit differently than this tool (you paste some JS into the browser console or otherwise run it within the page, then run a shell script to download the emoji). PRs welcome to improve the behavior, but it works.

Hah, I just re-read the readme and saw that this tool already does exporting too. |
