v1.3 NAM-Runner (Install/launch NAM trainer 0.6.0)

Usage:
Place the script/NAM-Runner.bat file in a folder of your liking and double click. (That's already it.)
First run needs time to download and locally install all prerequisites (WinPython system and all requirements), please be patient. Afterward, the script detects its local installation and launches the NAM trainer GUI.
Always launch the trainer with this script, otherwise you will get path issues.
For more information about input files, capturing the re-amped signal files etc., please read up the actual documentation about neural-amp-modeler (a.k.a. NAM).

Script and subfolder can be moved to a different location/computer, e.g. if a computer has no internet access, and the script is to be used as a launcher. (Portable Installation)
It is possible to have different versions in different locations on your computer.

Script and subfolder can be moved to different location/computer, e.g. if a computer has no internet access, and the script is to be used as a launcher.

Major updates:

• now fully portable local installation based on custom WinPython
• nam trainer updated to 0.5.2 and installed as python package
• script and installation folder are fully self-contained
• no extra installations of cuda or python required
• runs independently of any other python installation in the system and does not register as python installation
• still uses python cache instead of downloads from other python installation, so download times at installation time are reduced
• Runner script patches all packages before running the trainer at every launch to make sure, that the right path is used, if the installation was moved to other folder or computer

Small path fix to get rid of the error message at the end. Starting nam was still fully operational.
