v12.1.0

In order to keep proper semantic versioning, I'm switching to following Ableton Live's release via MAJOR version. The minor version (like the latest Live's update 12.1) won't be followed by this scheme, since adding features here can't depend on Live's official releases. Only by coincidence is this release also having the same 12.1 version, it doesn't mean any kind of "feature parity" with Live's latest.

New features

• Offline LiveAPI - Now you can use LiveAPI via Max's NODE SDK without needing LiveAPI.amxd. There's a new folder called LiveAPIOffline under external, which show's an example of a MIDI device using this new method.
• Cue points - You can get and set cue points
