Summary

This patch adds a minimal ecosystem.json, required for the submission of the project to the Qiskit ecosystem.

The submission is tracked at Qiskit/ecosystem#562

Details and comments

  • setuptools-style dependencies specifications are automatically exported by poetry and checked for consistency on CI
  • update to poetry 1.6.1
