Add grist funding table

This PR extends the existing grist tables Projects and Organizations with a Funding one. The new Funding table will then be accessible on openclimate.fund (repo: https://github.com/protontypes/open-climate-fund) for users to look which project they would like to sponsor.

The Funding table is basically a filtered Projects table based on if they contain a funding link. For now i added the columns project_names, description, git_url, category, stars, and obviously the funding_links. Open to any suggestions about changes. The chosen set seems appropriate to me as it provides some background to the project without overwhelming the user.

Thanks @lappemic. Look great! Could you please make your test grist public so that we could see it?

At the moment I can only see one larger tweak: The requirements.txt is not needed and contains dependencies not used by the ecosystems_to_grist.py

I will test the script tomorrow morning on my local machine.
