This ensures that the UserProfileSlidingPane still receives events as long as it is visible, enabling it to properly hide its own background after the "close pane" condition(s) occur.

Not quite working fully just yet.Still pending some answers from Makepad about why hit handling isn't working as expected for KeyUp and FingerUp events in a given area.
We can still merge it now, though. Can fix FingerUp/KeyUp specifics at a later date.
