Initial release

First working Plasma Ontology and Knowledge Graph. The ontology consists of general classes relevant in low-temperature plasma science and technology and their relationships with each other. The knowledge graph contains data from https://www.inptdat.de/ (up to July 2024) and was built using VIVO (version 1.33).
