Summary
Fixing the upgrade React Version to 19
What changed?
Separated the docs from the main package.json workspaces because docs needs a different react version and is not compatible with react 19
Why?
We need to upgrade Gestalt to be compatible with React 19 in order to be able to upgrade webapp to React 19
