Stable working release

The steps to follow are quite easy, don't hesitate to ask.

Added logo and spinner

Although there are some dev features, what is present is meant to be working.

Customized

Added new functionalities:

• add/edit/remove nodes and edges manually;
• changed titles, names, optimized code.

This release works, but the code needs some edit, cleaning and so on.
