This is release is a purely technical update:

  • ReferenceSeeker is now on PyPI (https://pypi.org/project/referenceseeker/)
  • we dropped any Docker image support
  • we dropped the scaffolding feature via MeDuSa in order to speedup a subsequent BioConda migration.
