Update README.md list of Supported Coordinators

Update the list of supported Silicon Labs EmberZNet (Ember) based Zigbee Coordinator adapters, most notably adding more popular EFR32MG21 adapters that are today widely available (and common to be used with other home automation platforms).

Elelabs Zigbee USB Adapter ELU013 and Elelabs Zigbee Raspberry Pi Shield ELR023	Ember	115200bps Software flow control High RAM	Based on Silicon Labs EFR32MG13P MCU. Both the stick and the shield can be upgraded without additional hardware, firmware available here.

For reference, since the openHAB 4.0 (OpenHAB 4.0.0) and later rekeases was updated to use com.zsmartsystems.zigbee (ZSS) library 1.4.11 (or later) which in turn added support for newer versions of the Silabs firmware which included support for EZSP v9, EZSP v10, and EZSP v11), the openHAB binding for ZigBee should now work out-of-the-box with all the new Silabs EmberZ

Updated to add that Aeotec Zi-Stick and SMLIGHT SLZB-07 Zigbee Coordinator USB radio adapter is are both also based on the same popular Silicon Labs EFR32MG21 radio SoC and using EmberZNet Zigbee NCP (coordinator) firmware with EZSP interface.
