fix: set JSONRenderer as the DEFAULT_RENDERER_CLASSES (#403)

This will introduce a similar approach as edx-platform to set JSONRenderer
as the DEFAULT_RENDERER_CLASSES. with this, we don't have Browsable API
Anymore. also, some RST cleanup in README.
