Deepq no atari folder, now download_model #327

The readme says we can see a list of pretrained models by running:

python -m baselines.deepq.experiments.atari.download_model

However this atari folder no longer exists. Is there an updated location for this? I am hoping to find some pretrained models.

commit that removed it edb52c2

created PR #444 to remove the section to not confuse users. section should be added again when it actually works.
