Updates based on feedback running V1.0:

  • Fixed running diagnostics in subset mode (#39)
  • Fixed a bug where the new "broad" strata cohorts were missing (#40)
  • Updated code for uploading diagnostics & study results to the SFTP (#38)
  • Database table index name is now unique (#43)
  • Added utility function to review all combinations of cohorts in study (#45)
  • Reformat age group descriptions for those over age 100 (#32)
