Permission for new version

@brey @saeed-moghimi-noaa @WPringle do you know who has admin access on this repo? It seems that PyPI token is expired so a new version cannot be released. Can you please make me an admin on this repo, I added some fixes which are required downstream?

@josephzhang8 it seems that PyPI project for AdcircPy is still under Jaime's name can you please ask if he could please transfer it to me or someone else in OceanModeling org?

If Jaime is not available we could also request PyPI to change the owner I guess. I see this: pypi/warehouse#4004

Hi @jreniel, after recent updates we added to adcircpy I noticed that adcircpy's PyPI package is still under your username only. I was wondering if you could add some other maintainers/admins to that project?

The main repo is under oceanmodeling, and @WPringle and I are mainly working on the package.

Would you be able to please add us as admin/maintainers? Thanks
