unrelated: the only integration tests failing on this PR are the ones related to cloud integrations, which may have been a consequence of credentials which were rotated yesterday. Will take a look into this tomorrow |

This PR adds a guide to the provider's docs, explaining the EOL of the Synthetic Monitor's
MUTEDstatus, and subsequent events of removal of support from the Terraform Provider, with an explanation of alternatives users would want to shift to.
