Primary Assigned: Nancy

Requirements:

  • Create a AppLanguageContext, and useAppLanguage function
  • Create a langauge dropdown component LanguageSelector where you can select a language, which modifies the context
  • Add LanguageSelector in the Header

Depends on: #41 and #73 and #76
