New:

  • Improved saving mechanism (#159):
    • Ctrl + S can be used to save traces from tracing canvas
    • Ctrl + Shift + S can be used to create timestamped backups of current data. These can be restored later on using the new File -> Restore Snapshot Backup command. Note that tracings need to be saved at least once before snapshot backups can be created.
    • Better detection of unsaved changes
    • Improved filename suggestions in saving prompts
  • 'Reveal Directory' commands to facilitate file browsing in the native OS
  • Plots now indicate known units in axes
  • Added 'Sholl BI' to the list of supported metrics (details)

  • Fixed Broken access to NeuroMorpho.org database
  • Fixed Quick Measure command reporting NaNs (#150)
