Generate OFN files for
- Just Mondo + all its mappings (all of them)
- Mondo / OMIM / ODO + all Mondo mappings (should make no difference to above)
- Mondo / OMIM / ODO + all OMIM-ORDO, DO-OMIM DO-ORDO mappings. The goal is to fill up our OMIM and DO mappings
Write a sparql construct query that translates the OFN files into the Mondo mapping format
