Getting Started

This package is documented on our deconvolution website.

Install using pip install https://github.com/mirkobunse/CherenkovDeconvolution.py/archive/master.tar.gz

For developement, clone this repository and install in developer mode using pip install -e .

For a quick start, take a look at the Jupyter notebooks in the examples directory. Running make doc will generate the API documentation with Sphinx.

CherenkovDeconvolution.py was originally developed in Julia, as CherenkovDeconvolution.jl.
