- fix icons not showing in android N and probably older versions (fixes #17)
- split APKs to reduce app size on f-droid and on GitHub
- add time to adhan notification
for those of you who don't know your CPU architecture, you can either use third party apps like CPU Info from f-droid or similar apps to figure it out and download only the APK you need

You can download the universal APK which can be installed on any device
