Oxide will now download the required files on update.

Bug fixes:
. fixed updating server announcements before restart, code error for password so could never connect.

Changes:
. changed all environment variables for template for more simpler names.
. will show extra info on docker log if things has started or if any errors occurred.

. Auto wipe server at the days you set. Example.. Set 7 for 7 days after map was created then wipe server.
