A POC for proxy plugin #730 #731.

Remarks:

  • No unit test yet
  • No documentation yet
  • Where this plugin lives in terms of package? For now it's called pluginproxy under proxy package
  • When to call the plugin? For now it's called in defaultFactory but commented
  • What should we name it? looking at KrakenD perspective, something like this plugin/proxy
  • Is this plugin can co-exists with plugin modifier? IMO, it's either this or modifier.

Request a guidance on how to structure this @kpacha 🙏🏽
