It seems I won't have enough free time in the near future to decipher and fix the test failures. Leaving this PR open in case someone else wants to give that a try. The code works, and is running at http://code.balasankarc.in:5000/ |

Individual modules are being converted to use namespace packages. This PR brings in that logic to the Flask application internals.
