  • Opening PDFs is now handled by Zotero
    • 'open-pdf' handler removed from zotfile
    • As a result, the zotfile preferences 'openPdfWin', 'openPdfLinux', 'openPdfMac_skim', 'openPdfMac' were removed as well.
  • Additional fixes for compatibility with Zotero update to Firefox 60 ESR platform
