Modifying the switch matrix
The script follows some simple rules to group the key switches into rows and columns. This works OK in most cases, but sometimes the result is not ideal and routing the layout could be made simpler. For example, in the below image the switch K41 is assigned to Row 3 and Column 13.
This is not horrible, but routing could be a bit easier if it was assigned to Row 2 and Column 14. To do that, hover over a net label ("Col_13" or "Row_3") and hit 'e'. In the label properties dialog that pops up you can modify the "Label" property to something else (In this case "Col_14" and "Row_2" respectively):
