Use inherit tempdir makers for tests + fix failing DS tests

What does this PR do?

Following #35266, we have this capability inheritently via self.get_auto_remove_tmp_dir(). As a result, updates all of the tempdir makers for this to be consistent, and fixes the deepspeed tests that weren't already using this to make sure we create tempdirs properly (currently failing tests on accelerate main)

I probably would name it as tmp_dir but it's just my own taste. No need to change unless if you feel the same.

Yes, especially it's already a subclass of TestCasePlus, thanks a lot (and also for the fix).

If possible, let's run it once to make sure we don't get anything left (undeleted), but I know running it locally takes time.
