committees_committeemeeting_mks_attended: id (unique), committeemeeting_id (the id of the particular committee meeting - through committees_committeemeeting id), member_id (id of each mk - through mks_member)

committees_committee_members: id (unique), committee_id (the id of each committee - through committees_committee id and name).

Empty DB -- suggest to delete committees_topic_meetings committees_topic_meetings
