@ravicious The UX team has changed the designs quite a bit since I opened this PR, so I'll update this with the new designs (which will change a good chunk of the implementation) |

ecounterpart: https://github.com/gravitational/teleport.e/pull/5640This PR updates the design of the auth connectors page, in preparation for additional customizability options.
This also adds shortcuts for adding Okta and Entra ID auth connectors, which will redirect the user to their respective integration enrolment pages as opposed to the YAML editor. Additionally, certain auth connector tiles for certain IdP's (eg. Okta, Entra ID, GitLab, Auth0) will now have their own special icons (detected based on name).
