Re-implements the
issue-client-access-tokenlambda in Typescript, to compare against the Java implementation.Why did it change
Java lambdas have several issues around performance and developer experience, so we want to investigate the value of Typescript as a replacement.
Rewriting all the lambdas will be a serious piece of work, so we want to ensure that it's got significant long-term benefit.
