Flapjack is a data management and analysis tool for genetic circuit design. The system is implemented as a web app with a backend data registry and analysis engine accessible as a REST API. An interactive frontend provides powerful querying, plotting and analysis tools (flapjack_frontend). This back-end repository provides the REST API.
