Fix storage large download timeout.

Description

Some FTL devices have slow network connections, and so the large file download can occasionally take a long time. This causes a flaky failure in Storage tests, as the tests time out after 10 minutes and are marked as crash/timeout.

This PR adds a 2-minute timeout to the large file download operations to make them more resilient to slow network connectivity.
