About me

Basic information

  • I'm an engineer, I have received Ph.D of Eng around 15 years ago.
  • My contribution is to develop the iPat/OMP(interactive Parallelization assistance tool for OpenMP).
  • Now I am working for Computational Science K.K.(CSKK).
  • I can write MPI program, I can write OpenMP program. Especially Parallel Sorting Programs.
  • I am learning OpenACC, CUDA and so on.
  • Also I can operate VMware(vCenterSever ESXi),PaloAlto fire wall,and f5 WAF.
  • I'm bio informatician.
  • I'm interested in Parallelization assistance environment, Parallelizing compiler, High performance algorithm.

Main work experience

  • Riken Advanced Institute for Computational Science(K computer) for 2 half years.
  • Center of Genimic Medicine of Kyoto University for one year.
  • National Institute of Information and Communication Technology for one year.
  • National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology for total 3 half years.
  • National Institute for Materials Science for over 4 years.
  • And so on.

Current job

  • Maintaining PC(GPU) Cluster, Virtual Machines and these hosts.
  • Manipulating TDM(Text Data Mining) artifacts.
  • Chores

Awards

  • 2nd prize of Parallel Software Contest (Department of NEC Cenju-4) of Japan in June 1999(PSC'99).(When I was 3rd year of undergraduate student.)
  • Best presentation award of master degree in March 2004.
  • Employee of the year in December 2021.

My motto

  • Life is just two-hops.
