The Helm chart for tekton-dashboard is currently hosted in the edp-tekton repository. Maintaining this chart in edp-tekton limits its visibility and usability as part of the cluster-wide add-ons managed under edp-cluster-add-ons. It also creates unnecessary separation between related components, making it harder for users to manage the complete set of add-ons.

The tekton-dashboard Helm chart should be migrated from the edp-tekton repository to the edp-cluster-add-ons repository. This migration will centralize management of all cluster add-ons in one repository, improving visibility, maintainability, and user experience.
