Minor code and layout change from @miraqk from #7
Improvements:
- Adds support for first time buyers.
- You shouldn't need to upgrade unless you have people in your group who are relatively new to New Horizons
Changed behavior:
- Cell
Y3now designates whether or not the sheet's user is a first time buyer
