* try instal test of project * forgot a . * attempt 2 * dont error if version isnt found * try just using make init * update to match other CI pipeline * remove autogenerated files * fix building guidance * correct target

Description
the digital_land python module doesn't seem to be available for sphinx, I'm assuming because the whole package isn't installed so we implement the same installation as is. done for testing
