Description

This pull request updates the project to use Vue CLI v5, ensuring compatibility with the latest tooling and dependencies. The migration involves updating the vue-cli-service and associated dependencies, resolving conflicts, and addressing breaking changes introduced in Vue CLI v5.

Technical details

Migration Process

  1. Upgraded Vue CLI to version 5.0.8.
  2. Updated project dependencies to align with Vue CLI v5 requirements.

Dependency Updates

  1. Updated @vue/cli-service to ~5.0.8.
  2. Updated other Vue CLI plugins such as:
    @vue/cli-plugin-babel
    @vue/cli-plugin-eslint
    @vue/cli-plugin-unit-jest
  3. Added eslint-config-standard (^17.1.0) to resolve linting errors.
  4. Resolved peer dependency conflicts by ensuring all packages use compatible versions.
