I'm soldering up a 250469 board with the analog only rf replacement board. I found the schematics hard to read when I wanted to figure out if GND was needed for the short board. The schematics looks more like a wiring diagram. I re-drew the schematics, with the flow from left to right. I grouped all jumpers for the long board (see image below).
This was drawn in in kicad 7, a bit of procrastination on my side today while working on a C64C replica prototype.
