Bloxstrap v1.6.1

Bugfix patch to fix some of the things I missed in v1.6.0.

• Added the -upgrade flag for upgrading the currently installed Bloxstrap version automatically (#47)
• Disabled update checking on uninstall (#60)
• Fixed disabling the desktop app when installing causing Bloxstrap to cancel the installation (#62)
• Releases are now published to Winget (#63 - @sitiom)
