Description:
This PR adds documentation for preventing multi-attach errors when using DRA with EBS volumes by:

  1. Adding warning about PVC reuse with DRA and EBS
  2. Documenting required configurations to disable PVC reuse
  3. Including EFS and FSx for Lustre as storage alternatives

Changes:

  • Update DRA docs with storage configuration section
  • Add warning in cost optimization docs about EBS limitations

Adds documentation about preventing multi-attach errors when using Dynamic Resource Allocation (DRA) with EBS volumes by disabling PVC reuse configurations. Also adds guidance about using EFS / FSx for Lustre as an alternative for multi-attach support.
