Removes unused method from ServiceStatusCmd and modified ServiceStatusCmdTest to correctly get the number of resource groups for compactors. Adds dead compactor for testing ServiceStatusCmd output for compactor details.

Adds Lock data to mock objects so that the compactor group information was being correctly returned.
Adds a dead compactor to the list to verify that serviceStatus doesn't count all objects.
Removes a method that was no longer being utilized.
