Pre PostgreSQL support

Marking a release of the code prior to a contribution that will upend things a little. This version runs on SQLite and has either sync data in one go, or an --xsync flag that syncs data via a queue (i.e. doesn't hit GitHub request token limit issues).

Initial Public Version

Initial version. I want to start playing around with the structure of the UI now, so drawing a line in the sand at a stable point.
